I don't think there's any real songs that are explicitly about autism or Asperger's, but here's some that seem like they might imply it:

"White & Nerdy" by "Weird Al" Yankovic

It seems like it could be about an aspie, but it can only really apply to white aspies.

"Psycho Killer" by Talking Heads

I know this song (as the title implies) is about a serial killer, but some of the lyrics seem like characteristics of Asperger's. Also, David Byrne (the band's frontman) suspects himself of having Asperger's. This would explain his goofy madman style of singing and the band's quirky songs and lyrics.

"Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana

It's definitely not an aspie song, but teenage aspies might be able to relate to the lyrics.

"Cars" by Gary Numan

He's singing about how he loves his car and feels safe in it, which seems like it might be an autistic trait. Also, Gary Numan is a diagnosed aspie.

"Basket Case" by Green Day

A song about paranoia, a significant part of a typical aspie's life, as they are often bullied and thus think everyone's out to get them.

"I'm Only Sleeping" by The Beatles

I can certainly relate to this song, especially when I have to get up on schooldays, which I hate doing. Obviously, it's not just aspies who like sleeping in, though.

"Mr. Roboto" by Styx

I'm sure it wasn't intended this way, but you could interpret the lyrics as a metaphor for aspies trying to hide their differences and conform to the way everyone else is.

"Nowhere Man" by The Beatles

Sounds like the guy in this song is either off in his own little world or just has a really boring life.

T.S.O.L. - Sounds of Laughter

I can hear the sounds of laughter
Could it be they're laughing at me
I can hear the roar of thunder
I'm mad I'm deranged
I see
Clown in costumes voices that carry
Their message to my mind I'm
Like a child so young and carefree
My eyes see what they want to see
Lights are flashing. Colors are blurring
There are patterns in my mind
Things are hidden to the world around me
But still they say I'm blind
Wrap me up in a web of lies
Meet the man who's locked inside
I'm too many people in too many places
I've a split personality

Some of you mentioned "How Soon Is Now?" by The Smiths. (I agree.)

Along the same lines (maybe), just watched THE CRAFT for the umpteenth time and, for some reason, this one seems to fit...maybe it reminds me of trying to create a persona with which to "fit in" (and perhaps some references to stimming):

Yes! Thank you! I was waiting for someone else to say "Mad World" (although I prefer the original Tears for Fears version better - it's in a better key signature, imho).

All around me are familiar faces
Worn-out places, worn-out faces
Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere
Their tears are filling up their glasses
No expression, no expression
Hide my head, I want to drown my sorrow
No tomorrow, no tomorrow

And I find it kind of funny
I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you
'Cause I find it hard to take
When people run in circles it's a very, very
Mad world
Mad world
Mad world
Mad world

Children waiting for the day they feel good
Happy birthday, happy birthday
To feel the way that every child should
Sit and listen, sit and listen
Went to school and I was very nervous
No one knew me, no one knew me
Hello, teacher, tell me, what's my lesson?
Look right through me, look right through me

If you've ever read Nick Dubin's book Asperger's Syndrome and Anxiety, in it he discusses a type of job anxiety called "existential employment worries," in which an individual on the spectrum experiences dread that they will lose their individuality in the workforce, something I think is very well-expressed in the chorus line of that song.

I also can't help but feel that in an alternate universe Pete Townshend may have written a rock opera featuring an autistic protagonist (perpetuating the theme of isolation/alienation seen in Tommy, Quadrophenia, and Lifehouse).
