...get on your nerves with that constant buzzing? I ended up turning my volume down so I won't have to hear it.

I closed the window and started over. It seems that advertisers recognize us as a demographic, but don't understand us as one.

I turned the volume off also. I dislike the flashing ads on here too.

this is second time hearing it, the first time i was really shocked that my computer made such a noise beucase a noise like that usually means ur harddrive is on its last breath b 4 it craoks.

alex please can you use an ad server that has no noises?? or use one that the noises only happen if the user volentarily clicks or hovers mouse over the ad. thank you

i had to turn the vol off that ad is almost as bad as those that flash I can not say on a page with one of those.
I hope that we will not see anymore like that one

Damn, yes. Anything that makes a noise usually infuriates me to the point where I refresh the browser just to be rid of it.

I haven't got it up on Wrongplanet yet, but it used to be up about every other click on another site I visit and I nearly stopped going to that site because it was driving me insane.

It's an ad that sometimes shows up on the side of this webpage and it says "Zap the Mosquito and win a prize" or some junk like that. And the ad makes this loud buzzing sound.

OHHHH than i have heard it. I did not know what caused it.... yes, i don't like that at all. i keep my volume down on the computer
