I'm not (though I have wondered if my affinity for foxes and lizards is a little unusual :D), but I'd be interested in seeing some of the non-sexual art if anyone can share a link to a good site.

Yerf has a strict non-sexual regime. Go there. Otherwise, try DA. I know quite a few artists on DA who do great art and are mostly if not absolutely opposed to the weirder portions of the fandom. Squeedgemonster, Super-Tuler, and Zjgameru are some of those. Squeedge isn't opposed towards drawing somewhat sensual stuff, but most of her stuff isn't offputting and it's not like porn or something like that. It's because she's an electronic rave punk kind of person.
Super-Tuler art:

I got a bit of a chuckle out of "electronic rave punk kind of person." Thanks for the suggestions. I browsed around the Yerf archives. Most of it's a bit colorful for my tastes (literally colorful, that is--sharply contrasting colors tend to feel like they're hurting my brain), but some of it I quite liked. :) I am familiar with DeviantArt, though back when I used it years ago it was more about manga-style art than furry stuff. I think that site's a little too massive for me to consider browsing it without knowing what I was looking for. >_>

I've never been on Yerf actually. I know what it is(Thank you ED <_>) however. I usually just browse DA.

I believe it was Renard who kind of drew me back to the edge of the fandom. I was a furry long ago, but I left until recently. Through the art of his albums, I got into Squeedge's work of Renard's five thousand million different aliases he uses for his music, and from there it just kind of took off again. Renard is probably the best known and most widely praised musician among the fandom. He has his own little subfandom of followers all to his own. He's made like 4 video games(damn good ones too) featuring his characters.

In the tabletop RPG called Ironclaw, there are a few anthro gorillas and chimpanzees. I recall finding some art of them from the sourcebooks. I'll edit once I've found it.

Fur Affinity. There's porn, but it's all hidden unless you register and specify in your account settings that you want to see porn. I can't really think of all the great artists there, but Blotch, Bagheera, Heather Bruton, and Katrkoriza come to mind. There's also Fchan's clean board though porn is occasionally posted there by mistake.

And since ShenLong is posting furry music, I'll recommend Critical Fail, Project YIFF, and some of Machine Animal's songs.

FChan is like 4Chan from what I know, so it isn't the cleanest board. But it's moderated, from what I've heard. I've never really been there, so I couldn't tell you much more. I rarely ever go onto FA because even with the filters, nightmareish things happen to make themselves known in some form or another. T_T. 4Chan has desensitized me, but still. And my impression is that most people on FA are total melodramatic weirdos. But then the whole fandom is full of weirdos. These weirdos just happen to be weirder.
Hey, NERDS HAVE STANDARDS TOO!

I've also had a few friends completely leave the fandom because of the kinds of people that frequent FA. A large amount of them are nutjobs and/or perverted individuals. I'm not tempted to go on there.
