Saw a feeble attempt by comedian Frankie Bolye on his latest DVD. Needless to say it shot streight over his audiences head, and mine aswell, and presumably his. Funny bloke though, if your un-shockable.

An unfortunate sequence of events occurred, when the guests were asked to toast the happy couple at the Aspergers society wedding event.
Luckily the emergency services were promptly in attendance..

Two's company. Three's a crowd!...
If you have autism.

It's good to see that BBC3 have added some comedy to their schedule.
'Living with autism' was hilarious.

Are there people who Frankie Boyle doesn't offend?

My SO has a hilarious one. "How many aspies does it take to change a lightbulb?" Then he flips the light switch several times, but nothing happens. He did this every day for about 2 months until I finally changed the bulb in order to make him stop, because it wasn't funny anymore after I ran out of replies like, "Into what?" and "I don't like change."

Darn, I can't find it anywhere but I once saw a cute little comic about Asperger's Syndrome.
Two high school girls are getting changed in the locker room. The NT girl is wearing one of those days of the week underwear, and the Aspie girl is wearing one too except hers has the month and date along with the day.

NT: "Knock knock."

Aspie: "SHUT UP AND LEAVE ME ALONE."

****

NT: "Knock knock."

Aspie: "Why are you saying that? You're already in the house. You're not at the door at all. You don't need to knock."

****

NT: "Knock knock."

Aspie: "Who's there?"

NT: "Orange."

Aspie: "Did you know that oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C? Also, they contain fat-burning compounds called flavones. Oh, and they're technically a kind of berry. They're typically green in color before they're ripe. They can also help prevent lung, stomach, pancreatic, colon, and breast cancer. Here, let me show you my notebooks on oranges. They're fascinating!"

These aren't jokes, but in the thread's spirit of humorous "over"-literalism,
I was just speaking with an Aspie-like NT MSN buddy about Ramona Quimby, one of my favorite childhood book characters-

Her first day of second grade, she sat rapt in attention all through the first three hours of class, but had to be called three times to get up and follow to the lunchroom for lunch- she had taken her teacher's frenzied, first-day of school instructions, "Sit here for the present" differently than intended.

It also irritated her when her friend Howie said he hadn't had a popsicle in "a million years", when Howie wasn't even ten years old.

I do have some hilarious Onion stuff- posted here before, but here goes:

Those Onion videos are hilarious.

And a little uncomfortable in their accuracy. :?

I can't be that bad.

Right?
