A friend of mine told me that I am most likely more qualified than the individual that would be hiring me. He is probably right but I'm not the kind of person to sell myself short. Trust me ...I dont want to be a manager or a foreman! All I want to do is work on the most complex systems you could imagine. I'm a pipe fitter and fabricator who has worked in the petrochemical industry for almost 20yrs.

I was terminated illegally due to a non AS disability. <descrimination at it worst !

Heh, this sounds when maccas and other fast foods joints don't like to hire people over 18 because they cost too much to hire. In their eyes, a 14 year old can do the same job and are cheaper to hire
