I have finally worked out that i want to work in business/finance something along the lines of wall street i.e as a broker or economist. Does anyone on wp have any advice tips/tricks or info on these areas i am only self taught so far but keen to learn if anybody wants to teach.

If you are horribly socially awkward then you must be very good at what you do to compensate, and you must be able to communicate the results of your work to your superiors and co-workers.

Perhaps the most important skill is your ability to sell--communicating effectively enough with others so that they will buy something based on your recommendation.
