I just kinda lose my energy, almost to the point where simply moving my arms around seems like a lot of work.

Or that could just be laziness.

Overstimulation does feel like electricity shocking my brain and passing throughout my body. It can either be from noise, light, excitement, fear, anger, etc.

Noise sounds like the volume is always turned up full ball. Light hurts my eyes and gives me migraines. Too much clutter gives me anxiety.

Eventually I do lose energy and can barely move or speak. It might comes out slower than usual.

Is being overstimulated a bit like when you get stressed and everything (eg. touch, taste, sound etc.) seems amplified?
