I prefer instant coffee because I don't have room for a coffee maker in my kitchen.

What type of coffee do you prefer?

Of course I prefer tea over any type of coffee but I like instant coffee on an ice cold Winter's morning.

I'll drink either. I don't care. Although brewed is more convenient since you don't have to sit there dunking a little teabag into a cup for every damn cup you drink.

Coffee?

Isn't that basically warmed up mud for people that can't afford tea?

I can drink both instant and brewed coffee, but I always preferred brewed. And I am picky on instant coffee brands. I'd go for a Sanka, Tchibo, or Great Taste (a local brand). I don't really go for Nescafe.

DC, for the record, we've got plenty of tea, and we can afford them. And it's not mud, my friend; it's an infusion of roasted coffee beans.

I love my coffee brewed. I commonly drink Folgers French Roast. I brew just one cup at a time because I prefer it fresh brewed each time I drink it. I had a vintage electric percolator I bought for $1.50 at a thirft store but it finally died. So I got my Mr. Coffee out and I have been using that again. But I have a tiny kitchen too. I will probably buy a smaller coffee pot because my Mr. Coffee machine does take up too much space. I need a nice little percolator to use on the stove.

I have an expresso maker. But I mainly used that while I was working full time and going to college full time again to pick me up.

I drink hot tea sometimes in the evenings with milk and honey. I love ice tea unsweetened with lots of lemon in the Summer.

I don't mind drinking instant coffee if I'm at a friend's house, when no one else is drinking coffee but me.

Brewed. It's the only way I'll have it. ;)

Most of it is unless you drown it in sugar and/or creamer. Only the more expensive stuff is worth drinking on its own. I like to have one or two cups of decent black coffee in the morning and tea throughout the day. If decent coffee is too much to ask, I can settle for the standard quality sewage coffee with eight tons of sugar and creamer.

I am stuck with instant for the time being as I drink decaf and the local grocery store only sells decaf coffee in the instant package. I have no real preference though. I also like tea quite a bit (also decaf)

Brewed with lots of caffiene. (Decaf is not coffee)

No, to put it bluntly, coffee is the nectar of the gods.

Tastes and smells the same. Only difference is I don't feel like my heart is going to explode when I drink it ;)

I like boiled coffee the best. I can't drink instant. Actually I shouldn't drink coffee at all but I can't resist it every now and then. Mmm...

Brewed coffee 100%. It tastes so much better than the fake instant stuff. Wegmans makes an amazing french roast coffee if you're in the northeast. It's the only coffee I drink these days.

Um... Does instant cover anything that comes in a pot? If so, then instant. I too can't afford a coffee maker and we get what we get! I have Nescafé both caffienated and de-caff because I have IBS and caffeine isn't great for my gut... If I feel okay I have caffeine, if not, decaff. I also drink it cold and with a LOT of rice milk because I am a bit weird...

Brewed coffee every time. Strong and no milk or sugar. My body is an instant free zone. If there's only instant I'll have tea.
