Going to a gym is good. It won't change things overnight, but getting in shape and having a decent physique will come in handy when the woman does come along.

It also releases endorphins and has been known to lower symptoms of anxiety and depression.

How does exercise help depression and anxiety?

Exercise probably helps ease depression in a number of ways, which may include:

Releasing feel-good brain chemicals that may ease depression (neurotransmitters and endorphins)
Reducing immune system chemicals that can worsen depression
Increasing body temperature, which may have calming effects

I like how the wakeup thread for girls becomes 5 pages of mostly women saying its not true or similar defenses and the one for guys is 1 page of people telling to man up and stop whining at guys.

I wonder what would happen if I posted an article titled "shut up fat girls, stop whining about dating and go to gym"

Gawd,..... it will cause a girl-jihad against me.
