Can't claim any originality here -- I am an INTJ. Somehow I suspected Aspies would be. I heard somewhere that INTJ's are rare, so it's all the more interesting to find them concentrated in Asperger's realm. My ex is also INTJ.

Yet another INTJ.

Can anyone explain what each individual characteristic means? I think the only one I understood was the first one (introverted/extraverted), and the third one slightly (thinking/feeling).

There was something else in another part on the site relating to the MBTI stuff. I tend to cross back and forth between INTJ and ISTJ, depending on the situation. I have taken different tests and ended up both ways before.

Very strong introvert, extremely strong thinking, strong judging and somewhere in the middle along the sensing/intuition continuem.

INTJ sometimes I score an INTP

This link explains what they all mean (it's not as logical as you'd guess)
http://www.1000ventures.com/business_gu ... _mtbi.html

Basically it's split into Inspiration E/I, Perception S/N, Information T/F, Lifestyle J/P. Which makes a little more sense to me.

The link Starr posted makes introverts out to be the bad guy. This happens a lot. Extroverted people think introverted people are somehow socially ret*d. And, well, no offense, but people with autism are. But this used to be a hot button issue with me. Stupid extroverts... thinking they are better than me.

I didn't get that impression. And I'm an introvert who is often annoyed by clueless extraverts who can't understand the introvert mindset. When I was with my previous employer, I once had a supervisor tell me, with a straight face, that an introvert could not possibly do well at the job we were doing. And there I was having gotten an Outstanding rating on my last two performance appraisals.

BTW, I'm ISTJ.

In my experience, personality tests are never totally accurate. The best way to determine your true type is via a professional self-discovery program, such as this:

I've taken Jung Typology tests before and usually I get INTJ, but this time I got INTP. Hmm.
