So, part two was on last night with no-one with AS REPRAZENTIN'. It's a bit of a crap show all told and last night's was the most exploitative.

I think autism will probably only feature once. I could always record it and upload it here, but I do get the impression that we're being patronised and laughed at, to be honest. There is a large dose I think of people not seeing us as fully human.

Odd you should say that. I find most NTs as people here seem to prefer, as exactly that Subhuman. I spent the first 37 years of my life finding most people utterly boring and almost cattle-like.

I'm going to watch this episode, I watched the first on YouTube and I had to turn it off, it was really cringe-worthy. Just as I expected.

Just watched it tonight on 4od out of curiosity. Bit disappointed at how Aspergers was portrayed on the show. He just acted like a spoiled child, having a rant and swearing at his mum just because she was unable to drive him. Then not ordering anything on the date and eating all the poor woman's chips  Manners cost nothing.

You have to question how the producers of the show edit it, as the editing it put a spin on things. For example the daughter of a work colleague of one of my parents was on BBC three's Don't Tell the Bride. I watched the episode the daughter was in, and also hear about the filming of it from the work colleague via my family member. Both accounts of the wedding and the wedding prep were completely different.

Funnily enough, a Google Search has come up with mixed opinions ranging from bad to good.
The important thing to take from this is that he was disturbing yet had Asperger's and was found attractive by the French female.
Hmmm... part of me thinks that surely it wasn't that simple for C4 to pluck a person out of the world that can find uniqueness attractive.
Wouldn't surprise me when it turns out she was forced to say it.

No, she genuinely liked him. It was obvious. Seems to me she saw him as an eccentric Brit (stereotype).

Then the guy was a twat. He should have stuck in there. Unless he really didn't like her or something. Methinks he had no patience.

One gets the impression he'll probably end up lonely for the rest of his life.
