I use it for two things, primarily: 1) to make sautéed kale and collard greens (they don't taste as good without some bacon grease and bacon in them), and 2) to grease my outdoor grill so food doesn't stick.

I'll have to try sauteing some kale and collards in bacon grease. Have you ever made kale or collard chips? I've been enjoying them for quite some time. Plain or lightly seasoned, perhaps a little white shredded cheese on top too is good.
