I was on both of the same lists as well. And they both do a horrible job at stopping telemarketers as well. Think it may be a loophole due to presenting themselves as a "Reminder" or a "Research Survey". Voting for the moderate is no longer a valid tactic, especially if the rest of the senate and such wind up as extremists. The only real choice is forcefully giving the government an enema.
