It is almost unfathomable how this person could be cruel and stupid enough to do this to any child regardless of mental state of mind. They even knew that the child was autistic and still responded this way.

I think waterboarding is appropriate punishment for both adults that were on the bus.

It's hideous! How were the two of them not sacked immediately, or at least suspended while investigation takes place? (Although not much investigation would be needed since the entire incident was filmed.)

And the excuse in the article that "maybe the strap around the boy's neck was a bit too tight" despite being a load of rubbish when you see the video of what happened, you surely never ever restrain a person by the neck!?! Apart from necks being fragile and breathing easily obstructed, if you needed to restrain a person for your/their safety, it would surely be their limbs you would be in most danger from so no need to restrict neck & head movement at all?

But this incident wasn't restraint for safety purposes, it was an assault! By an adult man on a child, and a more vulnerable child at that.

That man who did that to the child is a monster and he should be prosecuted.

This is so disturbing. Hopefully the poor boy's mother will file suit and get every last penny of compensation from these two people.

What is WRONG with these people?!? There are NT kids who have accidents, get motion sick, bully other kids or just act plain obnoxious on the bus, why not choke THEM?!?
The entire world is getting worse every single day.

One count of child abuse? This person needs to be put UNDER the jail! The driver needs to be declared unhireable forever.
