I'm pretty sure I have social anxiety, and maybe a generalized anxiety as well. Can I get a diagnosis for that just like with Asperger's? Has anyone even gotten one, and where?

any psychiatrist should be able to diagnose social and general anxiety.

I'm diagnosed with AS and SAD. I think the two often go hand-in-hand. It was my awkwardness and inability to interact socially that, I think, led to my Social Anxiety.

I have been diagnosed with an Anxiety disorder. I get very anxious and often feel uncomfortable when I'm in a social situation. I struggle with how to act and what to say to people (My small talk skills are quite poor). Just to reassure though, Anxiety CAN be diagnosed. If you feel you want that you could make an appointment at the doctor's to get it checked out. :)
