Yes but I stop when I become aware of it.

Yes, but I only do it if I'm sitting in a chair that rocks but not necessarily a rocking chair. For instance, my desk chair has a slight wiggle in it, and I will rock back and forth while sitting it, but I won't if I'm sitting in a more rigid chair. For the most part, I am a leg bouncer, generally, with both legs. I, also, chew on things including my fingernails. My husband has his own special stash of pens because I've chewed on most of the pens in the house. Also, since I cut off my hair last year (I now keep it about an inch long) , I find myself unwittingly rubbing my hair.

I always LOVED swinging, and I tend to rock back and forth when I'm upset or excited. The rocking, and complex body movements, too, are just a part of who and what I am!
Also, I do rock to try and calm myself when I'm very upset, too.

Hope this helped! :D

I do it all the time, and always have.
It calms me,and often I do it automatically when I am reading,or on the computer.
