No. Pretty much the opposite.

Not friends – only random people to whom I was friendly when I first met but then noticed that they were annoying.
I don't seem to be able to do the "leave me alone" face.

Yeah I kind of did for a while. She wouldn't leave me alone. Then I found out she was in love with me. That was a hard situation for me, especially being an Aspie. I never knew what to say.

I haven't had it happen to me, but it was the opposite quite a few times

Sometimes friends can be more into you than you are into them, and sometimes they can have romantic feelings toward you.

My best friend and I text each other probably 10 or more times a day (meaning I send her 10 or more texts and she sends me that many back) on most days and then we go out once a week and hang out for 4-8 hours. I have an aspie family member who is also my roommate two days a week. On the days we don't live together we also text about 10 times back and forth. With my regular friends, I might text back and forth once every few days, if at all. If I see them during a week, it's for 1-3 hours. I could go a year without seeing a friend and it's not a big deal.

I see/talk to my best friend and main family member a LOT. If either of those relationships were one-sided it would be called obsessive and the person on the other end of it would definitely be within their rights to take steps to make it stop.
