Hate crime statistics deflate "Islamophobia" myth
I would seriously advise against moving here, unless you are loaded. Otherwise you'll end up on the dole or best case scenario, an awful dead end job.
Theres no decent work opportunities here.
He's lived in Blackpool before. I think he's setting his standards fairly low, TBH.

I agree with you for once. Even Blackpool is a s**thole frankly, but i'd rather live there than Northern Ireland.
Work is fine. I am a specialist in my field in an area of finance systems in some obscure software packages.
I can support most of my customers remotely, the rest I can schedule a visit every few months and go to a few in one go. (Initially once every 3 months for a month, and gradually once every 6 or 12 months).
Looking at Portrush in NI (thanks to tequila). Other towns would be Skegness, Bridlington and Whitby. I want to live in a small town but find most of them very boring. At least a seaside resort lets me indulge in my hobby of amusement arcades and games.

Portrush used to be a nice town in the 80's and 90's (most of my fondest childhood memories are of Portrush) but from what I hear it is a ghost town these days. I've not been up that way for at least 15 years. All of the old sights that used to make it worth seeing are closed down as far as I'm told.
Best bit for me was being on Pickie Park (in Bangor) in June and it being absolutely freezing. I think it might even have been spitting too. Yes, there were still kids on the slides and everything. It was all a bit surreal.

I know my standards are pretty low. I can't be too picky, I have pretty specific criteria.
I admit it. I hate muslims. I won't go anywhere near them, patronise their businesses or service, let alone befriend them. I will go far as to say I don't want to see them on the street. (I won't go as far to say as I want them wiped out, but as long as they are not near me).
Maybe hate is a strong word (considering I am apathetic most of the time). I probably just have an irrational fear of them.
But that is enough. We (aspies) have strong interests, but at the same time we have strong dislikes. They make be rational, they may be irrational. We have issues with anger management, tantrums, etc.
I'm currently looking for a new place to move to where there arn't any (or 1 in 1000) because it affects me that much.
First of all, up to you whether or not to believe me, but I must ask you to trust me on this anyway. I am not personally offended by your posts, I don't care nearly that much what you think of me. I'd say the same thing no matter what minority you were bashing. Okay?
Please don't attribute bigotry to autism spectrum disorders. You've stated yourself that this isn't a NT forum, yet you can plainly see that most of us value tolerance and fairness. Also rationality and objectivity but that's not as relevant. So you can hardly just say it's okay for aspies to be prejudiced jerks. I wouldn't allow myself to act like this, my friends who are also aspie wouldn't, and maybe you have a legitimate point but that doesn't mean it's just okay for you to do whatever you want and say there's no problem with it. IMO you've got a right to be intolerant of whoever you want but please don't say it's because you're aspie because that hurts all of us. I shouldn't have to point out here how a few people's bigoted opinions can hurt an entire minority.
I wouldn't behave like this and I don't agree with it either. It's not just sectarian, it's racist (he singles out ethnic groups and considers them all to be terrorists). I wonder what he'd do if he saw white Muslims. They certainly exist, and not just in Albania and Kosovo either.
I see them all the time and avoid them the e same way. The white Muslims go out of their way to look Muslim, wearing Muslim attire all the time and keeping beards. Usually the first thing out of their mouths is I am Muslim or something about Allah.
As I said here and on my pms. I am not behaving in any way. When I avoid them or there stores, I don't go there and say f you I'm not shopping with you. They won't even notice me.
I am looking for that little bit of country side somewhere where I don't have to deal with these things, be faced with them every day, and be obsessed by them. I'm not going to join the bnp or go paki bashing or anything like that. I'm looking at the solution for me, with the political factors going my way so the area won't change overnight after I've moved there (that's why I am coming to think NI is better than England in these terms. Ie. what is stopping them moving from notts/derby to Skegness, but in NI the religious intolerance means they will think twice before doing so).
So this is a solution for me. And only me.

No! Really? Beards? The *horror*.
I can see why you are so traumatized. People with beards are monsters. Just look at Abraham Lincoln! The fiend!.
Oh, and the so-called "first thing" out a a mouth of a Muslim is probably "As-salam alaykum". Best translation: Hello.
Do you have any *substantial* grievances against specific Muslims, or are you just taking a degree in bigotry? (Protip: You'll pass with an A average)
They come to the communal areas to take advantage of work, but then complain about how non-muslim it is. (ie. women wearing skimpy clothing, restaurants serving pork, people drinking and gambling etc)
Our Cronulla riots was partly caused by this, groups of muslim men going to beaches treating the local girls like crap. Even their muslim leaders say that girls in bikinis deserve to be raped.

If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside on the street, or in the garden or in the park, or in the backyard without a cover, and the cats come and eat it ... whose fault is it, the cats' or the uncovered meat? The uncovered meat is the problem. If she was in her room, in her home, in her hijab, no problem would have occurred."

He also said, "in the state of zina, the responsibility falls 90 per cent of the time on the woman. Why? Because she possesses the weapon of enticement (igraa)."
When will western society realise that Islam is incompatible with 21st century society?
They literally live (in their minds) in the middle east of the 6th century. Part of being a muslim is living by the Hadiths. That is, living by the actions and statements of Mohammed. Mohammed, was a man that lived in 570-673 AD. All the beliefs, superstitions, customs and traditions are based on that time. Marriage to children is ok because Mohammed did then. Many of their customs are based on the lack of hygiene and health at the time (read Najasat & Taharat) about using stones after using the toilet - because toilet paper didn't exist. Many of their customs are based on nomadic society (the clothing). They are doing it because Mohammed and his family did it (regardless that it was 1500 years ago), and so should they if they want to be a good muslim.

Were you drunk when you typed this??? just wondering
That's the whole point, salad. (Using iPad atm so quoting is a pain to delete)
I want to stop obsessively researching them, trying to find faults in their religion etc. it's like an addiction, and while they are around me that's what I will do.
I know it's not them, it's me. It's irrational. But all I can do (in my mind) is move somewhere they are not.
