BREAKING NEWS....
After faxing the GP and paediatrician, that I felt that their refusal was based on pricing, and stating that I would formally complain if my daughter was not given the correct melatonin, they have now changed their minds.
They have written to the GP and requested he prescribe Circadin, which is the time-release at 2mg.
Good news, but I'm sick of having to fight for everything, they make it so difficult.
Good news indeed! Cause and effect - you called them on cost and they changed their position. Is there a broader solution that would preempt this in the future?
