The aspie cartoon characters topic inspired me, so........what cartoon characters do you suspect of being ADHD? I think:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Star (Balto)
Little Muriel (Courage The Cowardly Dog)
Blitz (Road Rovers)
Billy (The Grim Adventures Of Billy & Mandy)
Dory (Finding Nemo)
Ferret (Scott Morse's Ferret & Parrot)
The more insane characters in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo (Especially Bo-bobo and Don Patch)
Daggett (Angry Beavers)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Lots of people (or creatures) with AD/HD appear to be obnoxious.

You mean Naruto, right? Somehow I'm not surprised...

There was actually an episode of the Simpsons where Bart was diagnosed with ADHD.
