I feel safest at home, most of the times when i go out on my own i feel extremely anxious and i feel that everyone has their eyes on me. i like walking about at night when there is no one around i don't though because i feel it's not that safe :/.

I go out a lot. Mostly not with NTs, though, unless it's work, school, or something else that's autism-related.

I think people in prison get outside in the yard more than I get out.

My home is my prison.

I only leave the house about once a week. Quick trip to pick up my mail and get gas. That's it.

I suppose that is handy, not having to grocery shop and all.

It's a good thing. I would have to say that I do leave my house once in a while because I love to take walks in the woods and on the back roads that I live on. Not many people that I bump into. I'm very naturecentric. Everett Ruess and David Thoreau are two people I guess I identify with, kind of influence me but I try to be free from "programming".

A lot, actually. I am pretty flexible in behavior. The only pronounced ASD symptom I have is poor social skills, at least in person.

It feels funny reading these replies which I could have written myself  I keep saying to myself "I'm normal... I'm normal after all!"

Yes, I LOVE being at home. I avoid going out as much as I can. The internet is a real godsend as I do so much online now (love online shopping!).

I'm not an extravagant person, but if I'm ever rich the one thing I will spend big on is a beautiful house with sea views. I find it strange when people do buy flash houses but they're never at home to enjoy them... such a waste!

I could have my groceries delivered to me, I might never leave the house.
