To be fair, I don't understand a lot of the posts I've read today, so you never know, it could help someone have a life-changing moment right here. At least it's trying to be positive.

The journey can be just as important as the destination. As for mantras themselves, I don't tend to use them. I much prefer silent meditation or meditating to music.
