The thing that really makes me whonder (beside my general lack of understanding fashion, design and such stuff ^^) is if those woman dont feel disturbed when it rains or do sports? I mean the eyebrows are actually an protective mechanism of the eyes, so they cause rain and more important sweat to be gathered in the eyebrows and then the fluids get transported to the ends of the eyebrows, so that fthey run either down your nose, or at the sides of your face.

At least with all the rain around here, where I live, that seems awful.

There's certainly a correlation between the chosen eyebrow shape and the woman's ability to think properly.

In your example, it's not just the eyebrows that are disturbing. It's also the extreme lip gloss and the eyeshadow and the eyeliner and the fake eyelashes.

She seems to be going for the "Circus Clown" look. It looks like she might be quite a pretty girl underneath all that, but until she wipes it all off, I guess we'll never know.

Well those with such eyebrows often are heavy make up users -

here's a better example found by google, that's the most common eyebrows "variation" I am seeing in my everyday life:

And the more closer they get to you, the creepier they look. What's wrong with bit of hair?

Can you find an example of the fake thick hairy ones?

I don't see those thick tattooed or drawn brows in the US. They are probably a regional trend over there.

They are as ugly but least more fixable:

Some are even tattoo/hair hybrids.
