It's been years since I've watched Dexter, but I remember really enjoying it. I actually identified a lot with its main character, and how he basically had to force himself to "act" human so that he could fit into society. Even though he was typecast as a sociopath and not an aspie, I could still draw plenty of parallels.

I finally finished the series.

All-in-all, I'd give it a 7.5/10. I'm glad they shifted back toward trying to justify a few of Dexter's kills at least. I actually liked the last season a lot too. It wasn't the happiest end, but Dexter isn't that kind of show.
