Long term memory is average. Is that normal for an aspie?

I'm not sure if I have AS.... but if I do, shouldn't I have an excellent long term memory like so many other ASers? Mine is just average. I can't remember things in great detail and there are things that I only remember vaguely and some that I don't remember at all. Is that normal for someone with AS?

Does anyone else here have only an average long term memory, or perhaps even a poor one?

I can tell you that a majority of, but not all aspies have great long term memory and poor short term memory. you probably fall in the minority somewhere.

LupaLuna is correct but I want to add that most aspies don't have an eidetic memory so don't be disappointed if you don't have one of those.
