Thats honestly quite interesting simce mine are rather rare that has back and forward rocking while my sounds could be more animal like and forsed or sometimes a simple word stixks in my head that im compulsed to say over and over for maybe about 10 minutes at best.

I have [probably] a hiatal hernia [runs in the family] so I burp a lot as well as the other thing.

being that 1] you asked me, and 2] I lack knowledge of your medical history, my best SWAG at answering your question, would be to say that the sound you produced reminded me an awful lot of james brady's [RIP] railing sounds he made while he expended tremendous effort to make himself move after his traumatic brain injury.
