A thought just came into my mind:

When I was young, when two people under 18 were exclusively involved with each other, it was called "going steady."

What do they call it now?

I don't think there's a specific slang/term used nowadays. Maybe "they're together" or "they're in a relationship" or "they're dating"?

I agree with the others, there is no real term for exclusivity. Just "dating" or "boy/girlfriend". It is assumed that if those terms are used, then there is no one else in the picture... however, there are a lot of people in this world and a lot of misinterpretation. It would be nice to have a term like that again, wouldn't it?
