The recent passage of the ABLE Act and its forthcoming signature by the President will represent a significant step forward to building a meaningful pathway into the middle class for people with disabilities. It's nice to see Congress is still occasionally capable of accomplishing some good.

Boost passage of State efforts to implement ABLE Act. Contact your State's representatives; as the 'ABLE Act' needs approval on a State by State basis.

Example: AB 449 in California.
