How long is he going to be in jail? I kind of want to send him some Sonic The Hedgehog soap on a rope. I wonder if they make that.

Well, it's a class 6 felony, so according to Virginia law:

"(f) For Class 6 felonies, a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than five years, or in the discretion of the jury or the court trying the case without a jury, confinement in jail for not more than 12 months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both."

I hope they throw the book at that bastard.

it is unliklely he will serve jail, even though he could.if your eligible for a 5 year felony you would still likely get probation.

in most cases you would need to commit a violent felony by robbery,or knife, mace wont draw jail time autistic or not if your record is fairly clean.the courts are to overwhelmed for silly antics and what not

He'll almost certainly be able to play autism as a card he can use to get out of it as well, because I doubt the judge will know or care too much about it...

(Somebody tried that with a murder case in Scotland, didn't go down too well the victim's family. Didn't work with judge either thankfully, but on a comparatively low-level case he could probably get away with it.)

I only have four words to say to this guy: GET. A. F!CKING. LIFE.

I might have more respect for the guy if he pepper-sprayed the incoming U.S. Congress over something more substantial that would be for the good of the public interest. Otherwise, he deserves to rot in jail for something as inconsequential as a change in the color of a cartoon character. :skull:
