I'm not sure if this will help anyone else, but I had all of those problems and they were caused by high-frequency noise (the stuff that most adults can't hear, but a lot of kids can). It's tough to get away from because cell phone chargers and some power strips make it. (Even my desktop comuter is pretty bad unless I unplug it and pull the clock battery out, so I keep it away from where I sleep, avoid over-using it, and wear ear-plugs when needed.)

I also remember a Popular Science article from perhaps 15 years ago claiming that ultrasonic weapons could cause a person's stomach to tighten up, so maybe some of the abdominal issues that Aspies have could be related. It's not mentioned in the Wikipedia article on them, but similar symptoms are:

That's interesting. I have all three. I also have high frequency hearing loss.
