is is psycological condition being posessed by illness?

My days goes by with thinking of mental illness and every day im stuck with this mental illness thinking. Can i be psychotic if i quit my pills cold turkey? I am on 100mg zoloft and 10mg abilify. I want to quit them for the 4rth time.

I think no one has answered because it's hard to tell what you mean and what you are asking. As Seven would say, "Elaborate." I'm not sure if you want to be mentally ill or if you are afraid of being mentally ill or are tired of dealing with the thoughts that are part of your mental illness. Are you asking if wanting to stop your meds is a sign of psychosis? Why do you want to go off your meds? Do you want to go off them to see if you will become psychotic? Do you think the meds are not doing you any good or that you can do without them?

I quitted on the pills bechause my extremly weight gain. And i wanted to be mire psychotic than being fat.

Do you think there may be other meds you can try?

I have tried too many psychological pills so i know it isnt other pills that wil not make me gaining waight.
