Briefly, I live in the Nation's Capitol & was diagnosed later in life. Have been coming to terms with my HFA status but am happy to be a part of this group of extraordinary people!

Hi, I'm also new--just joined about a few minutes ago--and I think this website might help me a lot to connect with fellow Aspies/non-NTs more comfortably. I'm from America (won't say where), and I'm looking for social-interaction groups for Asperger's people near where I live. If I'm able to join any of them, or even meet people face-to-face on a regular basis, I won't need to rely on the Internet to satisfy my social desires...hopefully. haha I'm interested in getting to know other people on here, and I wonder how much you all might have in common... anyways.
