I freak out when someone I don't know or barely know tries to hug or cuddle with me. I just can have people touching me.

No, you should be locked up in jail. This behavior of yours is crazy.

What is a good reason to hug or cuddle? Or who to do it with?

For me it would be with someone I have feelings for but it often feels like most other people need less of a reason to touch eachother. If both parties have different motivations someone may get hurt.

Yes. Now that I'm single again, I have extreme trouble sleeping without it/someone next to me at night. I have to listen to podcasts to keep my mind off of it.

I'd rather that a guy cuddles with his girlfriend than abuse her.

I like cuddling to an extent. If it's too much, then I get annoyed and uncomfortable. I'm like a cat in that sense.

I don't think I've ever actually cuddled someone, but the idea sounds appealing.

I personally enjoy it in moderation. I'm kinda like a cat you could say. Affection only when I want it. Used to drive my ex mad. But when I want to cuddle/affection, I want it really badly and put a lot of effort into it to make sure it's pleasurable for both involved. Then I'm usually good for a week or so. I need at least two days to recover afterwards. It's more emotionally draining, but very enjoyable.

Cuddling is great! I'm glad that all of my past boyfriends/lovers have enjoyed cuddling or I would go crazy. I'm always cold so I use it as an excuse to get guys to cuddle with me. Falling asleep while cuddling with a guy is always enjoyable too.
