Hello all, freshly diagnosed with ASD recently.

I've known it has been suspected by a handful of non qualified knowledgeable people over the last 7 years.

The diagnosis has been streamlined so don't know if my diagnosis would have been Asperger's or HFA before the changes.

Hello and welcome. I was diagnosed at age 45, after a slew of misdiagnoses throughout my life.

Thanks all - much appreciate contact at the moment. I'm delighted with the dx, but it hasn't been easy getting to it.
