I'm a girl and dresses don't look right on me. They cling to my stomach and butt. I feel ugly because I can't wear dresses, skirts, short shorts and high heels.

My question is, would you date a girl who doesn't like to wear dresses? I try not to let fear of never finding a boyfriend because I can dress perfect (tight dresses and heels). I wear makeup, I shower, I wear Victoria's Secret perfume (along with other brands), I wear women's clothes, I read manga, I love anime, I play a large variety of video games and feel like I am a total package minus my ability to wear dresses.

I wouldn't notice if the girl didn't make me aware of that

Notice what? Sorry I'm confused.

I probably wouldn't notice the no skirt/dress thing if she didn't tell me

I could care less. If she doesn't wear dresses, then that's her decision, not mine.

Of coarse I would still date her. Looks aren't important to me.

I don't think it would matter so much to most about you not wearing dresses, as long as you can work it, grrrl! :-)

That's what he means. You don't wear a dress? The dress too tight on your butt? Hmmm...didn't notice. Too busy focusing on that amazing smile.

I wouldn't care whatsoever whether a girl wears dresses or not, and I think that most guys feel the same

I don't care and I don't think many guys would either.

most women here seem to wear pants. mean year during summer you see slight more summer dresses. still way more women in pants.

I do like skirts and dresses on women though. wouldn't be a deciding factor for me in whether I date someone or not.

I don't wear dresses, I wear very little makeup, and I don't wear perfume, and guys still date me. So it's really not a thing worth worrying about*.

*depending on the sort of guy you want to date.

Generally speaking, unlike many women, men don't dismiss a potential date over such silly fashion reasons.

If guys aren't asking you out, it's because of something else.

I once dated, and was wildly turned on by, a girl who only wore torn-up jeans and tee shirts with safety pins.
