Posted here because I, an NT, will be using this to represent auties and aspies as a social group in my thesis, and hopefully, in an academic paper to follow.

I HAVE to use an autism screening pretest or else I cannot refer to my participants as "autistic."

Can some people who have taken multiple tests chime in and give an opinion on which they feel was most accurate?

So far I'm looking at the AQ, the aspie qiuiz, and the Ritvo test.

My problem with a lot of these screenings is that they don't seem very friendly for people with non-verbal, and non-standard communication. And I think they can miss people who are very good at passing as neurotypical, because sometimes the tests don't ask the right questions.

According to which standard of accuracy?
