I am just curious to see what are some of yours? Mine has to be clicking items, whether it be the back cover of the remote, pen, buttons, etc. for me the constant stimulation to both the mind and body makes me feel good.

The most common stim I use is "washing the table" because it looks like I'm washing a table expect there's no cloth in my hand.

By far, rocking. I sometimes make an effort to do more socially acceptable motions like bouncing my feet or playing with my hair if I notice that I'm rocking too much in public.

I love popping my feet. I don't know why, but it is very refreshing to me. Was the best when I was a teacher's assistant and I got a real loud pop in the back of a silent room, priceless :)

Do other people sit with one foot on top of the other? I read somewhere that it was common for aspies to sit with one foot 90 degrees from the floor with the other foot horizontal on top.

Edit: found it http://www.aspiestrategy.com/2013/02/ad ... -feet.html

I do this all the time, especially when I'm bored :o

I don't know why but I can make my left big toe pop repetitively and no other toes. Tend to do it when I'm bored and just got in bed, it's fun

I constantly move the toes on my right foot. When I would become aware of it I would stop, but within seconds I would start up again. I have stopped trying to control it and just go with it now. It is soothing.

I sometimes have a similar problem of uncontrollably shaking my foot or an entire leg in a similar fashion. Really hate being idle if I'm not mentally occupied :|
