Huh. For a moment there, I thought you were flogging magnesium tablets. I take 'em myself, though for general health and wellbeing rather than light/noise sensitivity...

The brain can't absorb protien, so magnesium allows the body to break protien down into amino acids that the brain CAN absorb.
