I have no idea what my various percentages are of my lineage. I would have to do a lot of family searching for that.

I think I have some Italian blood in me too. From my pat. gm side of family. They did have Ita. surnames so then that should mean yes.

It probably explains why I have an interest in pasta and garlic (lol).

So Ita. + Span. + Amerindian + something else.

It would make me a hypocrite when I said I didn't really like all that 1/4 this and 1/2 this stuff. Actually as I think about it, it is natural, healthy and evolutional in the first place. Besides many Europeans throughout the entire continent are mixed of different races from years of migrations and yes, even conquests. That would explain blonde and red-headed Spaniards, and other blends. Also I read that some Pac. Islanders have a mixture of all kinds of stock (Asian 'aka mongoloid' stock, African 'aka negro' stock, and even some Caucasian 'aka white' stock). Many from India, have all 3 in them. SE Asians have mixes in them and so on, and so on and so on.

I just don't like using heritage and ancestry to fully describe who I am and use it for politcal reasons, or social gains. That seems wrong to me.

Oh well. Ethnicity is not really that important.

Erm... what about Australian, non-Aboriginal?

I have no idea where I migrated from!

Australian non-aboriginals are of European origin. They don't have enough room in the poll to have a name for every country so they have to narrow it down.

And yes, I'm an Australian non-aboriginal as well. So I'd select European.

Well, it's usually better than calling someone a "female dog." That's a catty thing to do.
