Do you care more about your physical health or your mental/

Mental health comes first for me. That doesn't mean I completely ignore my physical health of course - but if you don't protect your mental health, your physical health deteriorates and you have more problems than you would otherwise have.

That's why I'm more sensitive to anyone who attacks (as opposed to questions) what I do and the way I do it.

I would have to say I care about physical and mental health. Both are important to me.

I find that they are tied together. If I'm feeling bad mentally or emotionally, I exercise and then I feel better. If I'm feeling bad physically, I rest and read something to stimulate my mind and I'm back in the game in no time.
