weather he was guilty or not this will set precedent for suing many others in this field........

dude's a basta*d indeed but at least he gave the women drugs.

ive heard many stories like this one, where a doctor take his work to the extreme and does expilcit stuff like sexual harassment. guys like that shouldnt be hired.

It standard practice in this area to have a nurse present at all times during the exam.

Keeps everyone safer.

I don't see why women let men be gynecologists in the first place.
It seems like an odd medical profession to go into.
Then again, aside from general practice and dealings with major issues which might have a "desire to help" factor, or pediactrics which have a "like working with children factor" I can't see why anybody would go into any field of medicine except for the money.

Ah! I can answer why women will go to men gynecologists.

One, some women refuse to discrimate based on gender. A male doctor can be as good as a female doctor.

Two, it a practical matter. There isn't enough female gynecologist, at least in this area. When my gynecologist (a female) retired, the only doctors accepting new patients where male.

Three, just being female doesn't guarentee that one would make a good gynocologist. Females can be sadistic too.


As for why someone would want to be a doctor, I think you hit the key reasons.

there's a very good reason why something like 95% of gynaecologists are men. however, i'm loth to post it here, as i really can't be arsed with people shrieking "stinking feminist!" at me, right at this moment.
