Over the holidays, traveling,I was overeating so much.Especially at night: bread, macadamia nuts, organic chocolate and candy, popcorn. It felt so gross! I am finally done with that though. But boy,it was not pretty...another side affect of the stressful aspects of travel and communal living and loneliness.

Tons of protein and fiber. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Ideas for healthy meals:
1. Oatmeal with raisins. Orange juice or low fat milk. 350 calories
2. Breakfast tacos: 2 corn tortillas, lentils, scrambled egg whites or tofu or egg substitute, lettuce & salsa.
(290 calories if your using egg substitute, 360 calories if your using tofu, 400 if using egg)
3. cream of wheat with raspberries, whole wheat toast. Low fat milk. 350 calories

cut out white breads, white rice, white pastas and eat whole grains and whole wheat but still go low carb

Keep a food journal to count calories
at least 8 glasses of water daily
find a hobby that is more fun then eating. (Hobbies like BMXing, yoga, Wii, x-Box Kinect, painting, poetry, music)
