I'll admit, I do tend to get naive over certain stuff a lot.

I'm 13 and I only just learnt how to use the toaster. So in some ways, yes.

I've always been naive and after all I've been through, I should be street-smart. After all, I've almost been successfully murdered; I've been raped; I've been taken advantage of financially, I've been homeless for a period of three months.

I'm very gullible and easily taken advantage of. If it weren't for AS BF, I'd still be in that kind of trouble, but he is much less naive and he is protective of me.

I'm probably naive at certain things. Like I don't know how to use the bus system, though most people my age go to town on the bus.
I do think with some things I'm quite independent, like never going to town with anyone or the cinemas- I just go on my own.
But, yeah, I probably am pretty naive and gullible.

I used to be extremely naive and easy to take advantage of. For the most part I've learned a lot, but there are still some things where I am still a little naive.

I never know what's meant by the word 'naive'.

If I'm going to assume that being naive means one lacks insight into their actions, then I'm like 0% naive.

If I'm going to understand as a synonym of lacking romantic experience, then I'm absolutely naive.

If I'm going to understand that being naive means you get taken advantage off, then I never been naive. I'm the oppositional type.

If naive is supposed to describe those who lack common cultural experiences, then I am naive.

If it means gullible, then I'm not naive either because I'm not gullible because I didn't view other people as equal or their opinions as important seeing how I lacked TOM almost completely.

If being unbiased makes one naive, then I am.

But if it means that one's unbiased view must turn out to be inaccurate, then I'm not naive. My judgement of people is usually very accurate.

I have a similar problem, I start out trusty (for a second I'd belive or be prepared to do anything anyone tells me) and then all the experience my fellow humans graciously provided me with catch up.

Naive could be described as childish trust, you belive people are telling you the truth. (And to some extent, they want what's best for you.)

Yes I am somewhat naive. I tend to just trust people.

With my diagnostic evaluation coming up in May, I've been discussing my childhood with my mother. She said I was extremely naive as a child. Now that I have had years of experience with people, one would think I wouldn't be naive anymore, and I like to think I'm not. But invariably when I find out someone's lied to me, or mislead me in any way, it's still fairly devastating for me, so I guess I haven't changed much.

I feel that I often wants to trust people, although I do understand that everyone isn't honest in what they say or what they do which can make me feel pissed off sometimes. I hate going around feeling paranoid, so I often choose to trust people around me, makes me feel better in general.

I'm not sure if I'm naive or not. I think I'm not, but I suspect that I'm much more naive if I feel sick (I'm afraid so).

I got the definition different to what you meant, LOL...

I am too paranoid. I just made a thread about that actually...

I am paranoid.

Often, I believe that people have sinister aims with their actions and words, and I create diagrammes to try to figure out their intentions. I have become very efficient at that to root out people who want to make fun of me or are agents.
