Basically, I started gesturing like in the video after taking antipsychotic medications. I only gesture like that now. I was just wondering if this could be an autistic reaction, or if it's just an unusual side effect.

I'm no expert, but it looks very familiar to a involuntary movement disorder called Tardive Dyskinesia, which is a side effect associated with a number of anti-psychotic medications. Both the tongue and hand movement.
