So what kind of person you are in terms of your personality? Are you the quiet laid back type? Or are you the talkative-I-can-never-shut-my-mouth-up type?

Gracias.

Are we allowed to vote "introverted" and still post a message here? :P

Yes. Go ahead. :D

I'm introverted and can seem very reserved at times. I love almost everything involving "introverted" things such as computers, researching, and listening to music in my room.

I think that most people would call me an introvert.

Extroverted. I used to be introverted, but now... I loooooove socializing! But then again I can always go back home and be alone, so I have an escape.

Typically introverted... at certain points in my life I have inexplicably just switched over to being extroverted. With mildly disastrous results. Don't know why.

Same here. I'm an introvert who thinks it's fun and wierd to be extroverted. It's more of a pain than it's worth, socializing and all of that, but it's fun for a short amount of time. :)

I once heard the following definition:
Introverts feel tired after socializing, while extroverts get energized socializing.

Could someone please explain what these terms mean? I'm leaning more towards "Extroverted".

Sometimes I get tired after socialising sometimes i'm energised..

Introverted. When extremely hyper, I can be extroverted to an annoying extent. I'm almost never that hyper though.

I have read that a good way to determine whether a person is introverted or extraverted is how he or she copes with stress. Extraverts tend to go to other people, do physical activity, or try to change their environment. Introverts tend to retreat into themselves, contemplate, and change themselves. I'd have to say my way of handling stress is definitely the extraverted style.

I do tend to be pretty reserved at times, though; but I can also be very talkative once I get started—as I think most everyone has found out. Everyone is a mix. NTs have typically found me to be too shy, tense, reserved, and such; aspies tend to find me too intense and overwhelming. It's odd.

Do you prefer spending time by yourself or with others? Are you talkative, or are you more of a quiet person?

I'm definitely introverted. But I talk too much as well.
