| My shoes, the merrell trailglove, have more room than most shoes for your toes. I actually had to wear a size smaller than normal too so they would fit. I wear a 9 and had to buy an 8. |

Peanut butter, milk. And any extentions of those. Nuts, diary, cheese.
Mac and cheese is not hard to make, and tastes awesome. Add extra cheese so it is more filling, and more protein. |
