Whatever symptoms I may or may not get I never notice them, as the period is always a total shock to me. Varies from 4 - 9 weeks around so I never know when to expect.

There is a B vitamin that you need to absorb Iron too.
Two of my cousins are getting injections of it at the moment as they can't process iron.
can't remember which B vitamin though... sorry. |
