Just make sure it's not got aspartame or sucralose in it! (Or acesulfame-k [acesulfame-potassium] or saccharine). They all cancel out any health benefits because they're so toxic.  |

DW, what kind of fluoride are you taking? Make sure it's a natural form.
The hydrofluosilicic acid they add to water supplies is extremely toxic. It's not the same as the naturally occuring fluorid ... |

Kasuki-chan, the best flavouring to put with water is a little bit of pure, unpasteurised, unsweetened juice. Not sugary, preservative-filled, fake-coloured syrup stuff. Nothing like juicy water.
