According to the speech pathologist the noise making was viewed as "negative" and an attempt to "extert control" over others. I think she's off her gourd.

How could she describe it in such a way. ...

The evaluator has to explain the diagnosis, so of course it's going to reveal the deficits. Otherwise, you wouldn't have sought out the evaluator in the first place.

When you do look at the camera, you end up getting blinded by the flash. Maybe some kids are hip to this and look in the other direction.
