I can never shut off my brain. It is always running at fast speeds.

I try switching my hyper focusing to sleeping or just try to slow down, but besides that all you are doing really is thinking

It can be a spontaneous mutation, you do not have to have a family member with it. I am not sure aout skipping generations, there is no real research on that
